Roofing Executive Assistant

We are looking to add another professional to our growing team. We are a roofing company that works primarily with insurance claims and need somebody EXPERIENCED with this industry to handle our backend and admin procedures.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INSURANCE RESTORATION CONTRACTORS - applicants with no experience will not be considered

Job responsibilities include:
Ordering estimates for Xactimate
Calling insurance companies
Coordinating install dates with homeowners and subcontractors
Ordering materials
Ensuring all relative documents are up to date for every job in our CRM
Ordering ITEL and NTS reports for shingles and siding
ETC.

Experience with our CRMs is a must.

CRMs we use: Roofr, GoHighLevel and Roofr. Other tech we use is CompanyCam and Zapier.
