Gold Crest Exteriors – Roofing Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

Gold Crest Exteriors is a growing roofing company based in New Jersey, USA. We are looking for an experienced roofing appointment setter who can call homeowners and schedule free roof inspections for our sales team.

This is NOT a generic cold-calling position. We prefer candidates who have previous experience calling for roofing, solar, windows, siding, insurance restoration, or other home improvement services.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to homeowners
* Follow provided scripts and rebuttals
* Handle common objections professionally
* Schedule qualified roof inspection appointments
* Update CRM notes accurately
* Maintain daily call and appointment reports

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken English
* Clear and professional phone presence
* Previous roofing or home improvement appointment-setting experience preferred
* Experience using a dialer and CRM
* Reliable internet connection and headset
* Ability to work during U.S. business hours

Compensation:

* Hourly pay
* Performance bonuses available for qualified appointments that are completed by homeowners
