Key Responsibilities:
• Listing Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on eBay, ensuring they are well-described, categorized, and tagged with relevant keywords.
• Store Setup & Design: Oversee the setup and customization of the Shopify store, including theme design, navigation, and user experience improvements.
• Pricing and Promotions: Monitor competitive pricing and run promotions or discounts to increase visibility and sales.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels and manage inventory to avoid overselling or stockouts.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment centers to ensure timely order processing and shipping.
• Sales & Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement sales strategies, including discounts, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Order Management: Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and tracking, while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop strategies for growing the business.
• SEO Optimization: Implement strategies for improving product visibility and rankings in eBay search results.
• Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with eBay’s policies and guidelines, including product authenticity and returns policies.
• App Integrations: Implement and manage third-party apps for marketing, shipping, accounting, and morae, to enhance the functionality of the store.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with eBay seller accounts, product listings, and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong communication skills for customer service and team collaboration.
• Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and identifying opportunities.
• Basic understanding of SEO and online marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes.
