Reverse Recruiter

We’re looking for a detail-driven Reverse Recruiter to support our clients who are actively searching for remote work. You’ll be the person who handles the behind-the-scenes work: organizing client information, building their job-search system, and submitting high-quality applications each day based on their goals.

What You’ll Do
You’ll gather key onboarding details from each client, including their target job titles, salary goals, and basic background information. Every client will create a new professional Gmail account specifically for job searching and share the login with you. Once you receive access, you’ll set up their Google Drive workspace- uploading the job tracker, creating folders for EOD reports, and storing all resume variations created during the process.
You’ll also send each client a warm welcome email requesting their Gmail credentials, resume, and their target roles/salary range so you can tailor the applications correctly. From there, you’ll manage up to six active clients at a time, submitting seven job applications daily for each one based on their criteria and updating their job tracker as you go.


The pay for this role is $150-$200 per week depending on experience for the first 60 days followed by a raise and a bonus per client that lands a remote job or interview.
