Revenue Operations & Finance Analyst

Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm EST for synchronous work.
In month 1, we expect 2–3 meetings per week while onboarding and about 15 hours per week.
After that, the role will become more routine and you will have one meeting a week and will be able to manage workload remotely and asynchronously.

About Us
- We are a marketing agency that helps US law firms.
- Our business is currently managed in Google Sheets. We track ad spend, call volume, cases, refunds, payouts, costs, cash flow, and profit share.
- We need one person to own the integrity of the numbers and help the founders understand what is driving profit and loss.

Role Overview
- We are hiring a Revenue Operations & Finance Analyst.
- This is not an accounting or bookkeeping role. We need someone analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded who can manage the dashboard, catch errors, reconcile numbers, and make recommendations.

You will work directly with the founder.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve our Google Sheets dashboard
- Track revenue, costs, refunds, payouts, and profit/loss
- Track accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile ad spend, call center costs, signed cases, drops, and cash flow
- Identify missing data, formula errors, and inconsistencies
- Analyze what is driving profit and loss
- Help calculate monthly partner profit share
- Prepare clean monthly reporting for the founders
- Recommend improvements to reporting and business tracking

Requirements
- Must have worked with a North American / European based founder in the past.
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, AP, and AR
- Very detail-oriented; not a single dollar should be unaccounted for

Preferred
- MBA, CFA, CPA, finance, or accounting background
- Experience in revenue operations, finance operations, FP&A, or business analysis
- Experience with marketing agencies, lead generation, call centers, or sales teams
- Experience building dashboards or reporting systems
- Experience calculating commissions, profit share, or partner payouts
