Join a Growing Airbnb & Property Management Company

Hostier is a growing short-term rental and property management company managing Airbnb and vacation rental properties across the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to take ownership of pricing, occupancy, and revenue performance across our portfolio.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Short-Term Rental Revenue Management
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, AirDNA, or similar tools
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
* Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup

Bonus Experience

* Airbnb, ---------- and VRBO
* Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, Lodgify or Enso Connect
* Market analysis and competitor research
* Revenue forecasting and reporting

Responsibilities

* Manage pricing and revenue strategy across our portfolio
* Monitor occupancy, booking pace, and market demand
* Adjust rates to maximise occupancy and revenue
* Analyse competitor pricing and local market trends
* Produce weekly performance reports and recommendations
* Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance

Working Hours

* 40 hours per week
* Remote position
