We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Manager, Dynamic Pricing Specialist & Reservations Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Revenue Manager, Dynamic Pricing Specialist & Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing dynamic pricing strategies, booking reservations, and answering customer service-related questions for our portfolio of 130+ short-term rental properties. This full-time role will work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time (United States), alongside our Head of Reservations. It requires a blend of revenue management expertise, customer service skills, and proficiency in reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively manage and optimize dynamic pricing for 130+ short-term rental properties.
• Utilize revenue management tools and software such as Streamline, Beyond Pricing, and Key Data to implement and adjust pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Reservations to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize property performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to make informed pricing adjustments.
• Ensure proper integration and optimization of pricing on booking platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
• Analyze performance data and provide regular reports to leadership on key metrics such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
• Book reservations, handle inquiries, and answer customer service-related questions through phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Reservations to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Proactively self-educate to stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies to continuously improve revenue management practices.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that pricing strategies align with company goals and property owner expectations.
• Provide insights and recommendations for property revenue optimization based on data analysis.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in revenue management for short-term rental companies.
• Strong knowledge of pricing software such as Streamline, Beyond Pricing, and Key Data.
• Expertise with booking platforms Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
• Proven track record of implementing successful revenue management strategies to boost revenue and occupancy rates.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to resolve guest issues professionally.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with the General Manager, Head of Reservations, and other team members.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing reservations and customer service inquiries.
