Residential Real Estate Development Analyst

Texas based residential real estate developer looking for a professional well rounded person who can generate a full and complete analysis of our real estate development projects through the final funding process. You should be very familiar with the full suite of MS Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. For each development project you will be responsible for obtaining all the relevant information, then creating a proforma (We use OnSchedule), business plan, pitch deck, marketing campaign, social media campaign which you will integrate into a crowdfunding campaign and/or hedge fund campaign for funding. Once funded, you will then work with our development team in transitioning the project to its construction phase. Additional compensation is provided for each successfully funded project. We currently employ 2 other virtual assistants in other aspects of our business.
