Residential Energy Rating Assistant (Training Provided)

We are an Australian-based energy rating company looking for a long-term remote tea ---------- mber/s to assist with residential energy efficiency assessments for new homes.

IMPORTANT:
You do NOT need prior energy rating experience. We will provide training.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience in:

- Reading construction/architectural plans
- Reading engineering plans
- Experience with FirstRate5, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software preferred but not required

About the Role:
You will assist with preparing residential energy rating files and data entry for projects including:

- Single storey homes
- Double storey homes
- Townhouses and multi-unit developments

Tasks May Include:

- Reviewing architectural plans
- Entering building data into software
- Window and construction inputs
- Zoning and room setup
- Whole of Home data entry
- Preparing draft files for final review

Essentials:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good English communication
- Reliable internet and computer
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Experience with FirstRate5 (preferred)
- Familiar with Australia's National Construction Code (NCC) (preferred)
- Fast learner and organised
- Available Monday-Friday

Pay Structure:

- Per project completed
- Ongoing long-term work available
- Flexible workload depending on project volume
