We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for assisting clients with their bookings, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless reservation process. You’ll also play a key role in maximizing sales through upselling while managing reservations using the FareHarbor system and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone,
- Upsell tour packages and additional services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about tour itineraries, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage and update customer records in the FareHarbor system and Salesforce to ensure accurate bookings.
- Follow up on leads, engage in cold calling and outbound sales, and nurture customer relationships to drive conversions.
- Coordinate with drivers and narrators regarding booking issues, guest count, and inquiries to ensure seamless tour operations.
- Assist in resolving booking-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategies and promotions.
- Handle other admin tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or sales, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Strong ability to upsell and recommend the best tour options for customers.
- Proficient in using the FareHarbor booking system and Salesforce (or other CRM platforms).
- Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead follow-ups is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong and reliable internet connection is required for remote work.
- Flexible schedule, willing to work opening or closing shifts, including weekends (two days off per week).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
