JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a founder-led, tech-enabled real estate platform with offices in North America and Manila. We operate at the intersection of real estate, construction, finance, and technology — supporting the US real estate industry across transactions ranging from $1M to $150M. Company name will be disclosed during the interview process.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Research Associate to join our Manila-based team. You will support our senior analysts by organizing deal data, maintaining trackers, and keeping our clients’ systems and workflows running smoothly. This is a detail-oriented role for someone who is organized, disciplined, and comfortable working with large volumes of data consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Scrape and organize real estate deal data from online sources and databases
• Clean, organize, and update large spreadsheets and pivot tables
• Track property ownership records, distressed asset opportunities, and market activity
• Support CRM data entry and maintenance — keeping contact records accurate and current
• Set up and maintain outreach lists and canvassing schedules for deal sourcing
• Assist the senior analyst with data inputs for financial models
• Flag new opportunities and data anomalies for senior team review

REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years of experience in data research, data entry, or administrative support
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data without losing accuracy
• Reliable and consistent — this role requires daily discipline and follow-through
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with US real estate data, CRM tools, or investment research is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management, or a related field
• Background in research, data analytics, or administrative operations is an advantage
• Familiarity with US real estate terminology and deal structures is a plus but not required

• CoStar, PropertyShark, or similar US real estate databases — a plus

WORK SETUP
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — BGC or Aseana City, Manila
Hours: US Eastern business hours alignment preferred
Compensation: Competitive based on experience
