Marketing, Sales, & Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
This role asks that the client experience and marketing technician be able to communicate effectively throughout the client’s full experience with our company from prospect, to client engagement and even if a client parts ways with our service.

Apply a comprehensive client experience plan that is consistent with company’s core values
Communicate a clear message of whom the company is in the market.
Perform marketing audits of current marketing, and client communications to ensure coherence with the company's marketing strategy.

Provide well written dossiers on key players, including current clients, and prospective clients.
Collect and present client feedback and satisfaction rating on key performance indicators
Collaborate with teammates to provide relevant financial content for social media posts and email marketing campaigns.
Communicate with clients in a professional tone that both educates and inspires our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for professional client communication and correspondence.

Proficiency in using various communication tools, project management platforms, and office software.

Marketing & Sales Experience, with a solid understanding of basic marketing and sales principles and practices.

Proficiency in using CRMs, Video Editing, and Graphic Design software.

High Attention to detail when crafting social media posts and email marketing content.

Ability to maintain well-organized records and easily retrieve information when needed.

Strong analytical skills to generate marketing reports and analyze marketing data.

Familiarity with US Income Tax preparation for individuals or small businesses.

Availability to work during US Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Proactive and adaptable attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.

Prepare for a lengthy interview process. We are looking for someone permanent to add to the team.

Step 1. Please submit your updated resume and a cover letter detailing: how your qualifications align with our company values and the role's responsibilities.

Step 2. After reviewing your initial response, we will send a qualifying question(s).

Step 3. You will then receive a message either encouraging you to keep up your job search or to schedule an interview, based on how we find your answer.

Step 4: Attend your scheduled interview.

Step 5: Wait to hear back from our team. You will then receive a message either encouraging you to keep up your job search or you will be required to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) and provide 5 (five) references. These five (5) references will need to be able to communicate in English in a video chat or by email. Three (3) of the five (5) would need to have had professional or scholastic oversight in a managerial type of position over the applicant.

Step 6: Once we have completed our background check, including corresponding with your references. You would hear back from us.

Step 7: Depending on the number of interviews and your initial interview, you might then be asked to join a group informational session. To attend this session, At the end of this session, you will be given a small tasks to complete.

Step 8 After completing the small task in a timely manner, successful candidates will then be asked to a follow-up interview to cover other hiring procedures.

Step 9: After receiving a job offer, an Engagement Letter will be sent. Engagement Letters are a form of contract in the accounting industry that outlines the terms and conditions of a working relationship.

Step 9: Begin your three-month trial period. This two-month trial period will give the new teammate a chance to see if they enjoy our company culture and work schedule. This also gives our company the opportunity to see how you perform job tasks and get along with teammates.

Step 10: After the three-month trial period, you would be then offered an annual renewable contract at your and our company’s discretion, at a higher initial pay rate.
