Remote VA / Operations Manager

What You Should Know:

We’ll train you on everything specific to our business, so don’t hesitate to apply if you’re willing to learn. That said, you should already be comfortable with:

*Basic computer skills (advanced computer skills is a plus)
*Phone and customer communication
*Social media platforms

Being personable, organized, and able to think critically is important for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries (sales-focused)
*Schedule jobs and estimates efficiently
*Manage social media posting (via Metricool)
*Edit short-form video content using CapCut (basic to intermediate level)
*Conduct follow-up calls (before and after jobs)
*Publish 2 blog posts per week to the website
*Assist with hiring (initial video interviews)
*Respond to customer reviews
*Support general day-to-day operations as needed
