Remote VA

Under the Abanaki Corporation and Aerodyne Environmental umbrellas, we’re looking for someone to temporarily help us create and edit videos to use on our websites, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Additionally, we need an extra set of hands coordinating our social media & managing our marketing strategy on Hubspot.

Requirements:
- Timely communication skills (email)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented, able to follow brand guidelines (we’ll help you!)
- Video Editing (Canva, Kdenlive, etc.)
- Technical and Content writing (strong English grammar w/ minimal AI)
- Hubspot Experience (updating CRM records, managing contacts/companies, working with lead pipelines etc)
- LinkedIn marketing/lead generation

Responsbilities:
- Help us edit and produce short marketing videos (for LinkedIn, email, landing pages) from provided clips and media
- Support LinkedIn posting strategy (helping to interpret analytics, post schedules, and media)
- Assist with Hubspot data hygiene and strategy (adding or updating lead lists, segmenting prospects, helping with tracking and sales pipelines, etc)
- Content assistance (helping us write blogs, ads, webpages, or documents)
