???? Key Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical support for CCTV systems (IP and analog cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS platforms)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Assist customers with remote setup, configuration, and system optimization
• Guide clients through port forwarding, router configuration, and remote viewing setup
• Support mobile app and remote monitoring configuration
• Document all support interactions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or field teams when necessary
• Deliver clear and professional communication to customers

???? Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience supporting CCTV or security camera systems
• Strong understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, port forwarding)
• Experience configuring NVR/DVR systems and IP cameras
• Familiarity with PoE switches and basic network infrastructure
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely and guide non-technical users
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience with major CCTV brands (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis)
• CompTIA Network+ or similar certification
• Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
• Knowledge of ONVIF standards and video management software (VMS)
