Remote Streaming & Audio Mix Operator

We are looking for a Remote Streaming & Audio Mix Operator to assist with our church’s live stream every Saturday and potentially expand into more media-related duties over time. This role involves remoting into our local setup to manage the live stream, mix audio, and switch video sources during services.

Who You Are:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with streaming software and audio mixing tools (experience is a plus, but we will train)
- Have a musical ear or an understanding of how to balance instruments and vocals
- Familiar with church services and their flow (a plus but not required)
- Reliable and detail-oriented, able to follow a set process and ensure a smooth, professional live stream
- Have a stable internet connection, a computer with reasonable processing power, and good headphones or speakers for monitoring audio

Schedule & Future Opportunities:
- Current Schedule:
- Saturday Mornings – Rehearsal starts at 10:00 AM EST, and service ends around 1:30 PM EST
- Occasionally, an afternoon service may be added
- Future Potential:
- This role may expand to Sunday services at different churches
- Additional media-related tasks throughout the week (video editing, content creation, other live streams)
- Could develop into a regular part-time or full-time media position depending on fit and performance

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up the YouTube stream before service
- Mixing live audio (adjusting levels, ensuring clarity)
- Remotely changing camera positions and switching video sources using our software
- Recording the service and ensuring quality output

Technical Setup (Training Provided):
- Behringer X32 Software (for audio mixing)
- ATEM Mini (for video switching)
- Zoom & YouTube Live Streaming

Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (preferably wired or high-speed WiFi)
- A computer with reasonable processing power (capable of handling remote control software, video streaming, and audio mixing)
- Good headphones or speakers for accurate audio monitoring
