Remote Sales Representative (Inbound Leads) – EST Hours | Pipedrive + Printavo (English)

Overview:
We’re a fast-growing custom apparel company (screen printing, embroidery, and branded merch) looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, close deals, and keep our pipeline moving.

You won’t be cold calling. These are warm leads—your job is to respond fast, guide customers, and turn interest into paid orders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Respond to inbound leads (email, forms, messages) within minutes—not hours
Qualify customers and guide them to the best apparel solution
Build and manage deals inside Pipedrive CRM
Create and send quotes using Printavo
Follow up consistently until deals are closed or clearly lost
Keep pipeline clean, organized, and up-to-date
Coordinate with our production team to ensure smooth handoff after sale
Track key metrics (response time, close rate, deal value)

Printavo (quoting + production management)

Email + messaging platforms

Work Schedule:

Full-time
Must work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours

What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and spoken English
Proven sales experience (inbound or closing preferred)
Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive is a plus)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Fast responder—speed matters in this role
Comfortable learning product details (apparel, printing methods, etc.)
Reliable internet and work setup

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in apparel, printing, or e-commerce
Understand basic design/branding concepts
Have used Printavo or similar quoting tools

What Success Looks Like:

Fast response times (under 10–15 minutes during shift)
High lead-to-close conversion rate
Clean, organized pipeline with no “lost” leads
Consistent daily follow-ups
