We are a US-based company that helps businesses grow by connecting them with remote talent across various roles — from admin assistants to specialized support staff. We're looking for a sales rep who can help us bring in new business clients who need reliable remote tea
If you’ve ever worked with a virtual assistant company or in the outsourcing space, this is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify businesses in need of remote support talent (we’ll guide you)
Cold outreach via LinkedIn,
Qualify prospects and schedule sales calls
Follow up with warm leads and help close deals
Collaborate with our placement team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
B2B sales experience (preferably US market)
Experience in remote staffing, outsourcing, or VA services is a big plus
Proactive and results-driven
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, CRMs, and
Working Hours:
Must be available during US business hours (PST or EST)
Compensation:
Base + performance bonuses (appointments and closed deals)
