Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s remote team. This is a full-time position requiring HubSpot CRM expertise and a proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation. You’ll play a
crucial role in driving the client’s sales efforts, from prospecting to closing

Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage HubSpot CRM, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other tools to identify and manage leads.
• Prospect, cold call (150–250 calls/day), and engage potential clients to promote and sell services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market penetration and achieving sales goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead-generation efforts.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales pipeline.

Must-Have Skills:
• Proven track record in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
• Expertise in HubSpot CRM with proficiency in other CRM tools like Salesforce and Apollo.io.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and strategies.
• Experience in making 150–250 cold calls daily.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable computer setup: high-speed internet (50+ Mbps), noise-canceling headset, webcam, and backup equipment.
• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
