Job Description: Remote Sales & Digital Marketing Assistant
Role Purpose
We are looking for a Remote Sales & Digital Marketing Assistant to support business development, lead generation, Apollo outreach campaigns, landing page leads, and Zoho CRM updates.
The main goal is to help the Sales Manager find qualified leads, organize contacts, support campaigns, and prepare follow-up actions.

Main Tasks
1. Lead Research
Find target companies and decision-makers in selected countries and industries.
Target companies may include:
* EPC contractors
* Electrical contractors
* MEP contractors
* Cable distributors
* Construction companies
* Power and infrastructure companies
* Procurement companies
Collect:
* Company name
* Website
* Country
* Industry
* LinkedIn page
* Contact person
* Job title
* LinkedIn profile

Use
* Find company and contact details
* Verify business
* Build lead lists
* Segment leads by country, industry, and job title
* Prepare outreach campaign lists
* Track replies, opens, and interested leads
* Update lead status after campaign activity

3. Zoho CRM Update
Update Zoho CRM daily with:
* New leads
* Contact details
* Company information
* Notes
* Lead source
* Follow-up date
* Next action
* Lead status
CRM must be clean, accurate, and updated every day.

4. Digital Marketing & Landing Page Support
Support digital marketing campaigns by:
* Preparing lead lists for landing page campaigns
* Checking landing page inquiries
* Recording campaign leads in Zoho CRM
* Tracking the source of each lead
* Following up with campaign leads using approved templates
* Reporting campaign performance

Prepare short professional messages for:
* LinkedIn connection requests
* First introduction
* Follow-up
* Meeting request messages
* Campaign follow-up messages
Final sending must be approved by the Sales Manager.

Daily KPI for 5 Hours Work
Expected realistic daily target:
* Research 15–25 target companies
* Find 20–35 decision-maker contacts
* Collect 15–25 verified
* Add or update 15–25 clean Zoho CRM records
* Submit 3–6 qualified leads for Sales Manager review
* Check Apollo campaign activity
* Check landing page/campaign leads
* Send daily report
During the first week, lower numbers are acceptable while learning the process. Accuracy is more important than speed.
