About Us
Quinable is a fast-growing healthcare staffing platform based in the U.S., connecting healthcare providers with on-demand, pre-vetted professionals. We’re expanding into the home healthcare market in Michigan and are looking for experienced SDRs to join our remote sales team.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls and send
Engage with decision-makers (owners, schedulers, directors of nursing)
Pitch Quinable’s value in solving last-minute staffing challenges
Qualify prospects and schedule sales calls with our U.S.-based Regional Account Manager
Log activities, notes, and leads in our CRM system
Requirements
At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience (preferably B2B or U.S. market)
Excellent spoken and written English — neutral accent required
Confident and persuasive communicator over the phone
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional phone etiquette
Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to hit KPIs
Nice to Have
Experience in the healthcare, SaaS, or staffing industry
Previous work with U.S. clients or companies
