About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to help us find top remote talent efficiently. This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to the number of successful hires you make. If you have strong sourcing skills, a great network, and experience hiring in the Philippines or globally, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
? Find & Attract Talent
- Source high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build a pipeline of potential hires for different roles.
- Reach out to passive candidates and sell them on the opportunity.

? Screen & Shortlist Candidates
- Review applications and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
- Administer skills tests or sample assignments when required.
- Present only the best candidates for final interviews.

Who You Are
? Experienced Recruiter – At least 1-3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
? Strong Sourcing Skills – Knows where to find talent beyond OnlineJobs.ph.
? Highly Motivated – Thrives in a commission-based structure.
? Excellent Communicator – Can attract and engage top candidates.
? Organized & Efficient – Can manage multiple job openings at once.

Bonus if you have:
- Experience hiring in the Philippines, Argentina, India, or Eastern Europe.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) & LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A strong network of remote professionals.
