Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and highly communicative remote tea
This role is not a basic admin position. We need someone who can think clearly, communicate warmly. handle customer conversations professionally, and help turn warm leads into booked appointments.
You will help answer calls, respond to customer inquiries, support appointment booking, follow up with
warm leads from advertisements, and assist with sales-related tasks across our businesses. You may also help prepare social media or marketing-related materials, organize campaign information, and request approval before anything is posted, sent, or finalized.
You will be trained to use our internal receptionist and booking tools, customer notes, lead-tracking systems, and campaign-support workflows.
The ideal candidate is smart, organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable speaking with customers. You should be able to follow procedures, ask good questions, document what happened, and help customers take the next step.
Responsibilities may include:
• Answering customer calls and messages professionally
• Helping customers book, reschedule, or confirm appointments
• Following up with warm leads from ads and promotions
• Using internal tools to review customer history, notes, appointments, and availability
• Preparing customer or lead information for owner review
• Supporting sales-related follow-up for other businesses
• Preparing basic marketing or social media content for review and approval
• Keeping clear notes on customer conversations and lead activity
• Escalating issues when owner approval is needed
• Helping improve scripts, workflows, and customer communication over time
You may be a strong fit if you are:
• Fluent or highly confident in spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
