About the Role
Plumbing Bros National Assist is based in Perth and operates Australia-wide. We are looking for a Remote Plumbing & Electrical Quoting Specialist to work full-time from the Philippines.
This role focuses on managing high-volume, small-value maintenance quotes—not large-scale project estimating. If you have strong experience in quoting and minor estimating within service or maintenance industries, we want to hear from you.
This position does not involve large-scale project estimating or take-off systems. Instead, it focuses on maintenance plumbing and electrical quotes, where our average job value ranges from $450 - $650 AUD, with the largest projects quoted below $20,000 AUD. This role involves handling a high volume of lower-value quotes efficiently.
Work hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be considered based on candidate availability.

Key Responsibilities
Quote Management: Receive instructions from local teams regarding time and material allowances and compile accurate quotes in our job management software.
Quote Accuracy & Validation: Cross-check quotes using internal reference materials to ensure all inclusions and exclusions are properly documented. Verify pricing and job details before final submission.
Client Communication: Send finalised quotes to clients promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Follow-Up & Quote Conversion: Actively follow up with clients to ensure quotes progress into booked jobs. Maintain professional and timely communication to maximise conversion rates.
Team Coordination: Work closely with scheduling teams, suppliers, and onsite staff to support the successful execution of quoted jobs.
Support On-Site Teams: Provide assistance to field teams as needed, ensuring smooth job rollouts.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
*Strong experience in quoting and minor estimating in any service or maintenance field.
*Plumbing or electrical experience is beneficial but not required.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotes.
*Australian Level English and Comprehension. Strong written and verbal English skills.
*Experience using job management software (e.g., Ascora, SimPRO, AroFlo, ServiceM8) is preferred, but any quoting software experience is valuable.

*Quiet and professional home workspace.
*Dual-monitor setup (2 screens required).
*Stable high-speed internet with a backup plan for outages.
*Good audio-quality headset.
*Must submit photos and details of IT setup and home office.
