JOB OVERVIEW

PAYJN is a global payment service provider seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Payment Operations Chat Support Specialist based in the Philippines.

This is a fully remote, non-voice position. The work is primarily conducted through written chat and involves checking transaction information, following operational procedures, and assisting merchants professionally and accurately.

This is a long-term floating-shift position, not a short-term freelance project. It is suitable for someone who can work independently, remain attentive during quiet periods, and reliably cover different operating shifts.

GUARANTEED WEEKLY SCHEDULE

You will normally receive three 10-hour shifts per week, equivalent to 30 guaranteed hours.

Regular floating coverage in Manila Time (GMT+8):

• Wednesday: 15:00–01:00
• Friday: 05:00–15:00
• Saturday: 19:00–05:00

Additional shifts may become available when regular employees are absent, on leave, or when emergency coverage is required. Emergency coverage is normally communicated at least three hours in advance. Additional approved shifts are paid based on actual tracked time.

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

• You must be able to work all three regular floating shifts.
• You must be comfortable working morning, afternoon, and overnight schedules.
• You may be asked to temporarily cover a fixed shift when another employee is on leave.
• Outside work is permitted only if it never conflicts with PAYJN schedules or confirmed coverage duties.
• Once you accept an additional shift, you are expected to report on time and complete it fully.

COMPENSATION

Floating-shift compensation is calculated from a USD 400 monthly full-time base:

USD 400 ÷ 26 working days ÷ 10 hours
= approximately USD 1.5385 per approved hour.

At 30 hours per week, expected monthly earnings are normally around USD 185–200, depending on the calendar and approved hours worked. Additional approved shifts increase your earnings.

Payroll is processed twice monthly, normally between the 1st–3rd and the 16th–18th. Payment is made in USDT through the TRC20 network.

PAID TRAINING

Selected candidates receive three days of paid training, 10 hours per day.

• Days 1–2: Guided training with an experienced tea ---------- mber
• Day 3: Practical assessment
• Training is paid at the same approved hourly rate.
• Three fully completed training days equal approximately USD 46.15.
• Completed and verified training time is paid even if the candidate does not pass.
• Completing training does not guarantee continued employment.

CAREER PATH

Strong floating-shift employees may apply for a fixed full-time position when staffing needs allow.

Potential full-time compensation:
• Probationary full-time role: USD 400/month
• Regular full-time role: USD 450/month
• Shift leader role: Up to USD 500/month
• Eligible full-time employees may receive a USD 35 full-attendance bonus.

Promotion depends on accuracy, reliability, learning performance, and company requirements. It is not guaranteed based only on length of service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of relevant work experience
• College-level education or higher preferred
• Strong BPO, banking, fintech, payment, e-commerce, crypto, or transactional support experience is preferred
• Strong written English and fast, accurate typing
• Comfortable working with numbers, transaction references, screenshots, and system records
• Able to learn and retain structured procedures
• Able to recognize unusual cases and escalate instead of guessing
• Professional and emotionally stable under pressure

THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Relies only on copy-and-paste answers
• Frequently needs the same procedure explained repeatedly
• Guesses when transaction information is unclear
• Disappears during assigned working hours
• Cannot maintain focus while working remotely
• Has commitments that conflict with assigned shifts
• Is unable to work the three listed schedules

ATTENDANCE AND PERFORMANCE

• Be fully ready before the scheduled shift begins.
• Remain online and responsive throughout the assigned shift.
• Customer messages should normally be acknowledged within 1–3 minutes.
• Reasonable short personal breaks may be self-managed, provided coverage and response times are not affected.
• Group attendance records and automated online-status checks verify availability.
• Late arrival and early departure are deducted based on actual approved minutes.
• Unreported absence, falsified attendance, or repeated disappearance may result in removal from the roster or termination.

TIME TRACKING AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

TimeProof must remain active throughout every assigned shift. Approved TimeProof records are the primary basis for payroll. Technical problems must be reported in the work group during the same shift.

• A reliable PC or laptop; mobile-only work is not accepted
• Stable primary internet and a backup connection
• Reliable electricity or a practical power-outage backup plan
• A quiet workspace suitable for focused, confidential work
• The ability to restrict personal phone use and unrelated activities during shifts
