We are expanding, and we are looking for a confident, organized, and relationship-focused Outbound Sales Representative to help us grow.
We are a New Jersey-based transportation company serving families, corporate travelers, airport passengers, and group travel customers. Our team is known for being responsive, reliable, organized, and highly communicative.
We also have a strong remote team culture, including a large home-based Filipino team. Our work environment is fast-paced but supportive. We value clear communication, accountability, teamwork, and people who take pride in doing the job well.
We are now building a stronger sales process and looking for someone who can help us connect with potential clients, follow up consistently, and create new business opportunities.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and organized follow-up.
What You’ll Do:
•Reach out to potential customers, businesses, and partners
•Introduce Rides To Fly services in a professional way
•Follow up with leads and prospects
•Track conversations, next steps, and follow-up dates
•Help build a pipeline of potential clients
•Support sales campaigns and outreach efforts
•Communicate with management about opportunities and progress
•Help turn conversations into business relationships

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have:
•At least 2 YEARS of relevant work experience
•Strong written English communication
•Proper remote work setup with DUAL MONITORS
•Fast and stable internet connection
•Backup internet plan
•Quiet and professional work environment
•Ability to work during assigned scheduled hours
•Strong attention to detail
•Willingness to follow company procedures
•Good attitude toward feedback and improvement
