JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
Monitor live camera feeds from multiple locations.
Observe customer service interactions and employee performance.
Identify safety concerns, cleanliness issues, uniform violations, excessive phone usage, and operational issues.
Notify managers immediately when issues arise.
