Job Title: Remote Operations & Graphic Support Specialist (Work From Home, Philippines)
Work Schedule
Full-time (Philippines time)
8 hours per day (Monday–Friday)
Start: 6:00 AM (PH Time)
Estimated 1 hour of work on Saturday and Sunday
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented tea
Key Responsibilities
Use Photoshop to convert and edit PDF documents into company-format datasheets
Update documents with I-Tech branding, layout, and product information
Create and format clean, professional datasheets from existing files
Support basic website design and content updates
Respond to and manage support
Assist with RFQs, quotations, and general administrative tasks
Create shipping labels for U.S. domestic and international shipments
Coordinate and manage basketball court reservations
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups
Qualifications
Based in the Philippines
Available to start work at 6:00 AM PH time
Required: Strong Photoshop skills (must be able to edit and convert PDFs professionally)
Basic website design/editing experience (HTML, CMS, or similar)
Background in Graphic Design or related field
Strong written English communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
Able to work independently in a work-from-home environment
Candidate Requirements
Must be consistent, reliable, and accountable
Honest with strong work ethics
Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines without supervision
Stable internet connection and proper remote work setup
Preferred Skills
Experience creating product datasheets
Familiar with Adobe Illustrator (plus)
Experience with FedEx / UPS shipping systems (plus)
Compensation
Salary: $700/month
