JOB OVERVIEW

Join Seven Oaks Academy Montessori, an award-winning U.S.-based early learning school, as we pioneer a new hybrid classroom model that connects Montessori-certified guides from around the world with in-person classroom assistants and children in Georgia, USA.

We are seeking a Remote Montessori Guide who will:

Lead virtual lessons and daily connections through Zoom or Smartboard.

Observe classrooms via live feed and coach on-site assistants in real time.

Prepare weekly lesson plans, digital materials, and observation reports using Transparent Classroom or Google Drive.

Maintain Montessori fidelity through collaboration and gentle guidance of local classroom teams.

Communicate weekly with families through written updates or recorded summaries.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

AMS or AMI certification (Infant/Toddler or Primary level preferred)

Minimum 3 years of Montessori classroom experience

Strong English or bilingual Spanish communication

Tech fluency with Zoom, Google Suite, or Smartboard systems

A compassionate and flexible approach to mentoring in-room educators remotely

Work Schedule Available Hours:

SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, EST 7am - 1pm


Qualifications:

Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Bachelor required). Dedicated to on-going professional development.

Experience working in a Montessori child care/ school settings.

Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and oral).

Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Sitting at the computer for 3 hours or more at a time.
Bending, frequent use of hands, stooping and moderate lifting (at least 25 pounds) required.
