We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge to provide exceptional service to our affiliates and BC+ members.

Job Summary:
As the Remote Affiliate & BC+ Concierge, you’ll play a pivotal role in onboarding new members, maintaining communication about activities and events, and ensuring all participants are informed and engaged. This remote position requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with our affiliates and BC+ members.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new affiliates and BC+ members, ensuring they understand program benefits, tools, and resources.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates and BC+ members, keeping them informed of program updates, upcoming events, promotions, and activities.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning, promoting, and managing program-related events, webinars, and activities, ensuring high engagement and participation.
Member Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance member engagement, address inquiries, and proactively offer support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Feedback: Monitor and report on member activity, providing insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous program improvement.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, membership coordination, or program management.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently.

Compensation:
$3.00 per hour
