The AUpgrade to see actual info Guys, a premier personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a full-time, remote MedPay Administrator to join our team.
MedPay Administrators are essential in handling medical payments and reimbursement negotiations to ensure our clients receive the compensation they are entitled to. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and excellent written communication (especially via email).

Compensation
$5.00 USD/hour + bonus opportunities
Full-time (40 hours/week)

Skills & Requirements
MAC COMPUTER REQUIRED
Dual Monitor Required within 30 days of employment
2+ years of Virtual Assistant (VA) or BPO experience
2+ years of administrative or claims processing experience preferred
Excellent written English communication skills (email-heavy role)
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple claims at once
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work 7:30AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time

Responsibilities
Handle medical payments and reimbursement negotiations with insurance companies
Prepare and submit MedPay demands for auto insurance claims
Conduct weekly follow-ups on outstanding claims to ensure timely processing
Track and document all MedPay claims to maintain accurate case records
Communicate via email professionally and efficiently with adjusters and medical providers
Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted and processed correctly
Work closely with case managers and settlement negotiators to support case resolution
Manage workload effectively to ensure claims are processed without unnecessary delays
