JOB OVERVIEW

Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meticulously follow detailed instructions? Can you ask the right questions to understand complex issues? If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Remote Legal Document Drafter to join our Arizona-based team.

We require someone who:

- Is detail-oriented and skilful at drafting thorough documents.
- Can ask insightful questions for better understanding of client needs.
- Is efficient at following complicated procedures and guidelines.
- Can multitask, prioritise work effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Is motivated, responsible, and able to work remotely in a productive manner.
- Has strong English skills, both written and verbal, and is impeccable with spelling.

Your responsibilities would include:
- Drafting legal documents based on client information and according to given instructions.
- Communicating professionally and empathetically with clients to gather needed information.
- Keeping client files up-to-date and well-organised.
- Meeting deadlines promptly and reliably while thoroughly managing all cases.

We need you to have:
- A college degree in any discipline.
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and high-level spelling accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- A quiet, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
- Available to work during Arizona office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which is approximately 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine time).
- A strong capability for following instructions, policies, and procedures.

Preferable but not required:
- Previous experience in a role that required similar skills.
