Remote Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant (Base + Commission)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant to help identify potential clients and initiate outreach for several U.S.-based businesses.

You will help generate leads and start conversations with potential customers for:

• A Web Design Company
• A Financial Advising Firm
• A Business Operations & Administrative Support Company (Midas Touch Admin Services)

This position includes a small guaranteed base pay plus commission for clients that convert into paying customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, sales, and helping businesses grow.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients online
• Build lead lists of small businesses and entrepreneurs
• Send outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
• Track outreach activity in Google Sheets
• Schedule calls or introductions with interested prospects
• Maintain organized lead lists

Compensation

This position includes a small hourly base pay plus commission.

Commission is only paid when a client you generate closes and becomes a paying customer.

High performers can earn significantly more through commissions.
