Remote Lawyer (US Litigation Experience)

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Remote Lawyer to provide exceptional legal services to our clients, offering flexibility while managing legal matters independently. If you’re passionate about advising clients, navigating legal disputes, and working remotely, this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Advise clients on their legal rights and provide guidance on resolving complex legal disputes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft essential legal documents (pleadings, contracts, motions, etc.) while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
- Represent clients in negotiations, helping to achieve favorable outcomes and providing legal counsel in high-stakes situations.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, keeping them informed about case progress, next steps, and legal options.
- Analyze case information, research applicable laws, and develop effective strategies tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals (e.g., paralegals, external counsel) and handle related administrative tasks as necessary to ensure smooth case management.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Law degree and a valid license to practice law.
- At least 2 years of legal experience with exposure to U.S. litigation matters. Remote legal experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with online tools, including video conferencing and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving cases.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- You have your own laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Availability to work during US business hours.
