Remote HR & Operations Coordinator
Full-Time | Healthcare Administration | Remote

About the Role

We are a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, training, SOP management, and workflow compliance across multiple departments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and HR coordination experience who can help create structure, improve organization, and ensure tea ---------- mbers are properly trained and following company processes.

You will work closely with leadership and department managers to help build efficient systems and maintain operational consistency.

Responsibilities
Create and manage onboarding workflows for new hires
Build organized training agendas and onboarding schedules
Develop, update, and organize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Create and maintain department checklists and workflows
Ensure staff are following established processes and procedures
Track onboarding progress, training completion, and compliance
Coordinate with department leads regarding workflow updates
Assist with internal process improvement and organization
Maintain organized documentation and training resources
Follow up with staff regarding pending tasks and process adherence

Requirements
Previous HR, operations, executive assistant, or administrative coordination experience
Experience creating onboarding processes and training materials
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to create structured workflows and checklists
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities
Strong follow-up and accountability skills

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare administration experience
Experience working with remote teams
Familiarity with SOP creation and workflow documentation
Experience using:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Teams
ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms
Experience supporting U.S.-based companies

Schedule
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Compensation
$6-$8/hour
