Remote Facility Attendant & Member Support – After-Hours Monitoring Remote

About the Role Tysons Playground is a 24/7 gym in Tysons, Virginia, USA. We need a reliable remote attendant to monitor our facility overnight via live cameras, communicate with members through an on-site intercom, manage the gym's music, and provide customer service support - all from home.

What You'll Do

*Monitor live camera feeds throughout your shift
*Speak to members through an on-site iPad intercom (policy reminders, rerack violations, safety issues)
*Manage the gym's music overnight
*Handle email inbox management and respond to member inquiries professionally
*Provide basic customer care and support to members via email
*Log incidents and submit a brief end-of-shift report
*Escalate urgent situations to management

Requirements

*Fluent spoken and written English — you'll be talking and emailing American gym members
*Professional, calm communication style
*Strong written communication skills for email correspondence
*Dedicated monitor for camera surveillance (not a phone or tablet)
*Stable, reliable internet connection at all times
*Backup power source is required — generator or UPS. Power interruptions are not acceptable during shift. Please do not apply if you do not have a reliable backup power solution.
*Comfortable with Google Meet, email management, and basic online tools
*Quiet, distraction-free workspace
*Available Sunday–Thursday, 8:50 PM – 4:00 AM Eastern
*Customer service experience preferred
