**Senior Construction Estimator (Remote)**

We're looking for an experienced estimator to join our growing remote team.

This is a role for a senior estimator with extensive trade and construction experience. We are not seeking junior estimators or trainees.

**About Us**

We provide estimating and takeoff services to construction companies across Australia. Our core work has traditionally focused on roofing, cladding, and architectural building projects, but we are actively expanding into additional trades including:

* Cladding
* Rendering
* Tiling
* Roofing
* Facades
* Other specialist building trades

We're looking for estimators who can bring additional trade knowledge and capability to the business.

**What We're Looking For**

* Minimum 8 years estimating experience in construction
* Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and takeoffs
* Experience working remotely within an estimating team
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and spoken English
* Proficient with Excel and estimating software

**Trade Experience (Important)**

When applying, clearly outline:

* Which trades you have estimated
* How many years of experience in each trade
* Which trade is your strongest
* Types of projects completed (residential, commercial, industrial, architectural, etc.)
* Typical contract values you have worked on

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in:

* Cladding
* Rendering
* Tiling
* Roofing
* Facades
* Architectural construction packages

**Software Experience**

Please list any experience with:

* PlanSwift
* Bluebeam
* Cubit
* Roof Wizard
* Virtual Estimator
* Buildxact
* CostX
* Other estimating platforms

**Australian Construction Experience (Required)**

Highly regarded:

* Experience pricing Australian construction projects
* Experience working with Australian builders, subcontractors, or suppliers
* Understanding of Australian construction terminology and standards

**Position Details**

* Part-Time with possibility of Full-Time after probation
* Monday-Friday (AEST hours)
* 100% Remote
