JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming questions from customers regarding product inquiries, returns, refunds, and size exchanges. You will be expected to provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify and customer service platforms, and be able to work in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with other members of the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage customer returns, refunds, and size exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with partners such as 3PL, warehouse, and other internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:
- Excellent English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with customer service platforms and Shopify
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive and professional attitude
