Remote Content Writer (Philippines)


Your Job:

KLA Group, Inc. is seeking a full time, skilled content writer based in the Philippines to work remotely for our US-based company. The ideal candidate loves writing content and enjoys working closely with other team members. You are fluent in written and spoken English and have experience writing a variety of content that positions clients as industry experts and thought leaders. You are a self-starter, comfortable working independently, and collaborating with team members across different time zones. In this role, you will create blog, web, social, and email content using SEO best practices for clients who sell to other businesses.



Your Role:

Write authoritative content for blogs, web pages, social media posts, and emails.

Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.

Position content for clients who are thought leaders and experts in their industries.

Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and / or use client interviews to write accurate, relevant content. Team members conduct and record any interviews for you.

Incorporate SEO best practices, including keywords, appropriate keyword placement, meta descriptions, and internal and external linking.

Review and revise content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and punctuation to ensure its highest quality.

Collaborate with the marketing team to determine content topics, appropriate voice, and meet client expectations.

Use our project management tool to track assignments, collaborate with team members, and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.

Candidates should be comfortable integrating AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, ETC ) into their daily workflow to enhance content quality and streamline the creative process.




Your Education and Experience:

Strong English fluency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Minimum 2 years’ experience writing blogs, web pages, social media posts, and emails in English.

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.

Experience with AI tools (example: ChatGPT, Jasper Etc.) and prompt engineering

Experience with the Teamwork project management tool a plus.

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with team members in different time zones.

Reliable, high-speed internet access.

The ability to work at least 4-hours US time (GMT-7) to effectively communicate with our team via Microsoft Teams.
