Remote Construction Project Manager – US Projects

We're a growing US home-energy contractor — solar, HVAC, roofing, insulation, weatherization — based in Massachusetts. We're hiring one remote Project Manager to run real US construction projects end to end. Read this in full before applying. The people we want always do.

This is not a virtual assistant role and not entry-level. You will own projects from intake to closeout: schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, permit and subcontractor coordination, estimating, and reporting. You'll have real authority and real accountability. We don't hover, and we don't babysit — we hand you the wheel and expect you to keep the project on the road.

If you're the kind of PM who sees the problem three weeks before it lands, tells us the hard truth early instead of the comfortable lie late, and quietly closes things out while everyone else is still talking about them — we should talk.

What you'll own:
- Full project lifecycle for US residential and light-commercial jobs
- Schedules and budgets — built tight, tracked honestly
- Change orders, RFIs, submittals, closeout
- Permit and subcontractor coordination with local building departments and permitting offices
- Estimating and takeoffs — we'll teach our specifics
- Clear daily reporting across a US time-zone overlap

What we require:
- 5+ years personally managing construction projects
- US construction workflows strongly preferred
- Fluent with Procore, Buildertrend, JobTread, or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to overlap US Eastern hours
- A real track record — references will confirm it
