Position Overview:
As an Administrative Construction Project Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting, planning and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, while also providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the Development Team on of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Additionally, you will assist the management with various tasks to facilitate their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Take Off, Estimation and Expense Tracking
- Coordinate communication between the development team and contractors
- Review plans and technical documentation with attention to detail for potential risks and issues.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Assist management with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling,
- Conduct research.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (required)
- Project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildern, Primavera, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
- Fluency in English - spoken and written!!!
