Remote Construction Project Manager

Warrior Construction, a licensed general contractor (BC-34373) serving all Hawaiian Islands for 20+ years, is seeking a Remote Construction Project Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do:
* Manage 3-5 active projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
* Coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, and clients via daily video standups
* Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules using cloud-based tools
* Review and approve sub pay applications and owner billings
* Lead weekly OAC meetings and produce status reports
* Ensure safety and quality documentation compliance (OSHA/HIOSH)

What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of construction project management experience
* Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar)
* Deep understanding of construction documents, specifications, and contracts
* Experience managing projects $500K - 5M+
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Hawaii construction experience strongly preferred
