Remote Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Surveyor/Assistant

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Surveyor/Assistant for a remote position. Candidates must be comfortable making calls with a clear, native-level accent.

Responsibilities:
Conduct broker surveys for opinions and data verification

Compile charts, reports, and conclusions

Utilize Excel (must be proficient, including pivot tables)

Research MLS listings and CoStar (preferred)

Requirements:
Available 8 AM - 5 PM PST

Start: 20 hours first week, then 30 hours for two weeks, transitioning to 40 hours/week
