We are growing and looking for a highly motivated Remote Closer / Sales Representative who thrives in a competitive sales environment and wants to be rewarded based on performance.

Position Overview

As a Remote Closer, your primary responsibility will be conducting sales presentations and closing deals from appointments scheduled by our marketing team and SDRs.

You will spend most of your time speaking with business owners, marketing directors, and decision-makers who have already agreed to meet with us.

While closing pre-qualified opportunities is your primary focus, we also expect our sales professionals to proactively generate additional opportunities during open calendar time. Top performers understand that income is directly connected to activity and consistently create their own opportunities when needed.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership of results, enjoys competition, and wants unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Closing & Sales Calls

Conduct virtual discovery calls and sales presentations with prospective clients
Build trust and establish credibility with business owners and decision-makers
Identify client goals, challenges, and marketing needs
Present Full Force Ads solutions in a consultative manner
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Negotiate and close new business opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Manage a pipeline of inbound and SDR-generated opportunities
Prioritize follow-up activities to maximize conversion rates
Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and performance improvement
Self-Generated Business Development
Prospect and source new opportunities during downtime between scheduled appointments
Leverage LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other sales channels
Build relationships with qualified prospects and generate additional meetings
Create opportunities that supplement agency-provided appointments

What Success Looks Like

Successful candidates will:
Consistently close new business from scheduled sales appointments
Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills
Take ownership of their pipeline and results
Generate additional opportunities when needed
Continuously improve sales performance and conversion rates

Qualifications
Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record of closing deals
Experience conducting virtual sales presentations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong objection-handling abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Preferred
Experience selling digital marketing services
Experience selling agency services, advertising, SaaS, or lead generation solutions
Familiarity with outbound prospecting and appointment setting
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
