Remote Chat Sales Rep

Do you know how to hold a great conversation and bring people along with you? We're hiring a full-time Chat Sales Rep to do exactly that — talk with interested customers online and turn those chats into sales.

You won't be cold-messaging strangers or reading off a robotic script. Everyone you speak with is a warm lead who's already curious about what we offer. Your job is simple: keep the conversation going, make a real connection, and gently move things toward a "yes."

Day to day, you'll:
- Reply to customers quickly and keep them engaged
- Build genuine trust and rapport
- Turn ongoing conversations into sales
- Follow proven communication frameworks
- Keep your chats tidy, consistent, and on-track
- Reach daily activity and performance goals

This role suits you if you:

Training is fully provided — we'll set you up for success.

Pay: $2.50/hr + 3% commission. Top performers earn $1,200+ a month.
