JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager/Strategist to join our team and help take our bootcamp to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness, has a knack for social media, and is skilled in digital marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in managing our online presence, creating engaging content, driving traffic to our events, and fostering community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Daily Management of Social Media Pages:
Regularly post relatable and engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Ensure content is aligned with the brand’s voice and values.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in real time to foster community engagement.

Create Awareness and Drive Traffic During Bootcamp Events:
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to build awareness and drive attendance for bootcamp events.
Utilize social media tools to create event pages, countdowns, and other engaging content to boost participation.
Implement strategies to turn event attendees into regular bootcamp participants.

Grow Social Media Platforms and Ensure Real-Time Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on all social media platforms.
Use analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

Innovative Content Ideas:
Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that make the brand stand out.
Create a mix of content types, including photos, videos, Upgrade to see actual infos, stories, reels, and live sessions, to keep the audience engaged.
Collaborate with fitness influencers or local personalities to create unique and appealing content.

Drive Sponsorship and Partnership Opportunities:
Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities that can provide financial and non-financial support to the bootcamp.
Develop proposals and pitches for potential sponsors and partners.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors and partners to ensure ongoing support.

Photo and Video Editing:
Edit photos and videos to a professional and presentable standard.
Ensure visual content is high quality and aligns with the brand’s aesthetics.
Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts and promotional materials.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative content ideas.
Experience in driving sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
