Position: Vendor & Community Support Assistant
Company: NYC Fynest Expo
Location: Remote – Work from Home
Hours: 8 hours per week
Time Zone: U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Shift: Overnight shift in the Philippines (you must be reachable during 9 AM–6 PM EST)
Rate: $200/week (for 8 hours/week)

About the Role:
NYC Fynest Expo is seeking a part-time remote assistant to manage vendor communication, lead follow-ups, and DM engagement across Instagram and email. You’ll play a key role in helping small business vendors, beauty brands, and event creatives onboard for the expo. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort navigating social media.

What You’ll Be Doing (Weekly Tasks):
Respond to DMs from vendors and attendees in a timely, professional tone

Send follow-up messages to vendor leads via Instagram, email, and forms

Track all vendors by interest status (using Google Sheets CRM)

Send onboarding reminders, deadlines, and FAQs

Identify leads who need extra support and flag to the Marketing Manager

Repost vendor content and IG Stories weekly

Coordinate social tags and save branded vendor content in folders

Tools You’ll Use:
Instagram + Meta Business Suite

Gmail (for vendor follow-ups)

Google Sheets (CRM tracking)

WhatsApp or Slack (for daily team check-ins)

Canva (basic access for repost graphics is a plus, not required)

What We’re Looking For:
1+ years in a virtual assistant or support role

Strong written English – clear and warm tone

Social media savvy (knows how to respond from brand IG accounts)

Reliable and available on EST during agreed windows

Great at organizing conversations and following up with leads

Bonus: You’ve worked with small businesses, vendors, or creatives

Weekly Deliverables Checklist:
Respond to all DMs within 12–24 hours

Follow up with 10–15 vendor leads per week

Maintain lead tracker (interest > invoice > confirmed)

Organize vendor content for story reposts

Report on new leads, pending payments, and drop-offs by Friday

Send vendor FAQ replies and file logistics requests
