Remote Architect / Designer / Drafter (U.S. Construction Projects | Project-based)

We are a U.S.-based construction and project management company specializing in residential and commercial projects. Our mission is to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong communication and efficient collaboration across our teams.

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Licensed Architect / Designer / Drafter to join our growing remote team and support U.S.-based construction projects.

Job Overview

As part of our team, you will assist in producing architectural drawings, construction documents, permit plans, and technical support for active U.S. construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other tea ---------- mbers to ensure drawings are accurate, organized, and aligned with U.S. construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
* Produce and revise permit plans and construction documents
* Coordinate shop drawings, as-builts, and project revisions
* Ensure drawings comply with U.S. standards and applicable building codes
* Assist with space planning, layouts, and material selections
* Maintain organized CAD/BIM files and project documentation
* Coordinate with the team and provide timely updates as projects progress

Qualifications0

* Licensed Architect (PRC) – preferred but not required for highly qualified applicants
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or construction documentation
* Experience working on U.S.-based projects is highly preferred
* Proficient in:
* AutoCAD
* SketchUp
* Revit (preferred)
* Familiarity with:
* IBC
* NFPA
* ADA standards
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good English communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
