Part-Time | Home Improvement Business | Base Pay + Performance Bonus
Company: Hiring for a Home Improvement / Construction Client
Position: Remote Appointment Setter / Cold Caller
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Part-Time
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

-Compensation
This is a part-time remote role with a monthly base pay plus capped performance bonuses.
Base Pay: $600/month
Hours: 20–25 hours/week
Trial Period: 30-day paid trial to start
Performance Bonus: $15 per qualified appointment/estimate that shows up
Monthly Bonus Cap: $400/month
Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to $1,000/month
Bonuses are paid only for qualified appointments that are properly booked, added to the calendar/CRM, and actually show up or answer for the appointment.

-What Counts as a Qualified Appointment?
A qualified appointment means:
The prospect is in the client’s service area
The prospect is a homeowner, property owner, or decision maker
The prospect is interested in the service
The prospect agrees to a real estimate, quote, walkthrough, or consultation
The appointment is booked correctly in the calendar/CRM
The prospect shows up, answers the call, or is available for the appointment

-About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, well-spoken, and organized Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to help a home improvement business book more estimates, quotes, and consultations.
This role includes both outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up.
You will be calling:
Old estimate requests
Old quote requests
Past prospects
Customer lists
Warm leads
Cold leads
New inbound leads
Follow-up lists

The main goal is simple:
Get more qualified appointments booked on the calendar.
You must be comfortable calling homeowners, having real conversations, following up consistently, and updating notes properly.

-What You’ll Be Doing
Your job is to help turn leads and past prospects into booked appointments.
This includes:
Calling old estimates and quote requests
Calling past prospects and customer lists
Calling new inbound leads quickly
Following up with leads by call, text, and email
Booking estimates, quotes, consultations, or walkthroughs
Updating the CRM/calendar with accurate notes
Confirming appointments before they happen
Following up with no-shows or unresponsive leads
Using provided scripts while still sounding natural
Reporting daily activity and booked appointments

-Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily
Respond to inbound leads quickly
Call old estimates, quote requests, and customer lists
Book qualified appointments for the client
Confirm appointment details with the prospect
Add booked appointments to the calendar/CRM
Keep clean notes on every lead
Follow up consistently until the lead books or says no
Send daily updates on calls, conversations, and appointments booked
Communicate clearly with the team

-Must-Haves
Appointment setting or cold calling experience
Strong spoken English
Strong written English
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and decision makers
Reliable internet connection
Quiet work environment
Ability to follow scripts and sound natural
Strong follow-up skills
Organized with notes, trackers, and CRM updates
Reliable, proactive, and accountable
Able to work part-time consistently

-Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:
Home improvement businesses
Construction companies
Roofing companies
Remodeling companies
HVAC companies
Plumbing companies
Landscaping companies
Windows/doors companies
Flooring companies
Kitchen/bath remodeling
General contractors
Local service businesses
Also preferred:
Experience calling old leads or customer lists
Experience with inbound lead follow-up
Experience booking estimates or consultations
Experience using GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Experience with SMS/email follow-up
Experience tracking daily activity and results
