As a Remote Data Activator, you’ll serve as a dedicated sales support engine for U.S.-based moving companies by unlocking revenue from untapped seller data provided by USA Home Listings (Tier 2). This is not an admin or back-office role—your job is to drive action and revenue through strategic outbound communication.

The Data Activator’s core mission is simple: turn overlooked homeowner data into booked moving estimates and referral opportunities. You’ll use a proven outreach playbook to connect with sellers, engage realtors, and drive measurable value directly into your client’s sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Activation & Seller Outreach

Conduct daily outbound texting to homeowners using USA Home Listings (Tier 2 data).
Follow up persistently and professionally to book estimates for the moving company.
Monitor seller responsiveness and tailor outreach cadence to maximize conversion.

2. Realtor Engagement & Referral Building

Reach out to local realtors in the client’s market to set up referral introductions.
Track realtor interactions and maintain a consistent pipeline of new connection opportunities.

3. Data Cleaning & Filtering

Proactively sort and remove leads that are no longer active or valid (e.g., homes already empty or sold).
Maintain a clean, focused lead list for consistent outbound activity.

4. Booking & Scheduling

Input booked estimates directly into the client’s CRM or calendar, following their specific process.
Ensure appointment details are accurate and the client is notified promptly.

5. Tracking & Reporting

Log all activity—outbound messages, booked calls, realtor outreach, and removals—in a Google Sheet, CRM, or client platform.
Provide clear, consistent updates on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

Must be based in the Philippines
18 years old and above
Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection
Must have own equipment — reliable laptop or PC and a noise-cancelling headset
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
At least 1 year of experience in a sales support, lead generation, or customer-facing VA role.
Strong written English communication skills with a clear, professional tone.
Proven ability to work through large datasets and prioritize high-value leads.
Familiarity with outbound messaging, CRM tools, and scheduling software.
Organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
A quick learner who can follow scripts, iterate when needed, and identify high-converting patterns.
